Shipping & returns
Buying a painting you've only seen on a screen takes a little faith. Here's exactly what happens after you order, and what to do if something isn't right.
How your painting ships
I pack every painting by hand, usually within 3 business days. Flat, rigid, and wrapped against moisture. Nothing leaves here in a way I wouldn't want to receive myself.
Everything ships with tracking and signature confirmation, so someone will need to sign on delivery. You'll get the tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.
I ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders may be charged customs duties or taxes on arrival. Those are set by your country, not by me, and are the buyer's responsibility.
If it arrives damaged
Get in touch within 7 days and send photos of both the painting and the packaging it came in. Keep all the packing materials, I'll need them for the insurance claim.
You'll get a full refund including shipping, or you can choose another painting instead. Either way you won't be out of pocket. That's what the insurance is for.
If you change your mind
You have 7 days from delivery to decide. Email me first so I know it's coming, and I'll send the return address.
Pack it exactly as it arrived. The materials are reusable and they're what protected it the first time. Ship it back with tracking and insurance. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility, as are any customs charges on returns from Canada.
Once it's back with me in its original condition, I'll refund the price of the painting. The original shipping isn't refunded.
A painting that comes back damaged, altered, or framed differently can't be refunded, so please do keep the original packaging until you're sure.
Starting a return
Use the contact page or simply reply to your order receipt. Tell me which painting and what's happened, and I'll take it from there. I read every message myself.
